The technician here really went above and beyond. Instead of simply balancing the tires and calling it done, he took the time to balance them, to test drive the vehicle, and to make additional adjustments until everything was riding smoothly. It’s clear he genuinely cared about fixing the problem the right way, not just getting me out the door. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the pride he took in his work.
