Matt Davis was the sales representative that assisted us in the purchase of our new Chevy Trailblazer. Customer Service is a huge factor to me. Matt is the best car sales rep I have ever dealt with. Thanks for a job well done. I had a part failure on a part that fell under a factory recall (my car wouldn't start) Capital Chevy service department replaced it for free . Other than the inconvenience of having to get the car towed by my AAA service. Everything went smoothly. My service advisor even showed me how to replace the battery in my remote and how to clear some of the pop-up messages on the dashboard about service reminders. Fast reliable service as always. I had an excellent experience purchasing my daughter’s 2025 (Certified Pre-Owned) Nissan Kicks SR from Crossroads Nissan. From beginning to end, the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. I especially want to recognize our salesman (David), the Sales Manager (Khalil), and the Finance Manager (Carl). Each of them was friendly, professional, helpful, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We had negotiated everything before arriving at the dealership, and I truly appreciated that everything we discussed was honored. There were no surprises and, most importantly, no pressure to purchase additional products or services. We were able to present our check, test drive and inspect the vehicle, complete the paperwork with the Finance Manager, and be on our way.
