Great experience with Capital Powersports! Those guys have fun and make the buying experience fun as well. I bought my vehicle here in March and had a great experience. Krystal worked hard and successfully got me into the vehicle I wanted. However, since then my experience hasn't been as great. It seems that once you purchase a vehicle, they no longer care as much. When I purchased the vehicle, the rearview camera needed to be replaced but the part hadnt arrived yet so they setup a time for me to bring it back for install. When I walked into the service department I felt like I was invisible. No one said a word. I walked up to the counter and kept getting passed around. Once someone finally asked me what I was in for, I told them who I was, and why I was there including that Krystal setup my appointment. They then said Idk anything about it so you'll need to find her. Instead of calling her themselves, they sent me to wander the sales floor to find her. ZERO customer service. After that repair (a few days after purchasing) my backup camera started glitching. I sent a picture of the screen to Krystal and though she said she was going to check with her manager, I never heard back and its still not fixed. I attempted to call the service department many times regarding questions I had about my warranty and maintenance requirements but never got anyone to answer the phone and the messages I left were never returned. The prompt also stated that texting was easier and asked if I would mind a text response instead to which I said yes. I received the generic text about responding to my question but never once got a response from either option. Fast forward to now.. I recently brought the vehicle in to have some regular maintenance done on it and hoped my first experience was a fluke; it wasnt. I walked in and the same thing happened. There were 4 people there. All 4 looked right at me but only one spoke, even after she put something in her mouth. The one guy standing in front of me looked at another guy and said, "you take her". I felt like a pass around toy again. The guy that worked with me was super cool and helpful once I finally got squared away but I still cant say I feel welcomed or appreciated. SN: Its kinda interesting how many of the low reviews involve the service department. Seems to be a reflection of management 🤔
