They are very helpful, not pushy, answers all your questions and gets you the best deals. Marta was great. After I decided on the model she let me pick the color that I liked and then we test drove it. And the entire time she is pointing out all the new features as I already own a 2019 version. The entire staff is great, very welcoming, and I never leave disappointed. Love my new 2027 Chevy Equinox.

Overall, the quality of the repair work was good, and my vehicle appears to be running well. The staff was courteous, and I appreciated that they completed the repairs in a reasonable amount of time. However, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the final cost. I was initially quoted $1,047, but my final bill came to $1,315.85. In addition, I was charged a 3% credit card processing fee, which was not disclosed until I came to pay. I believe customers should be informed of any additional fees upfront so they can make an informed payment decision. While I am satisfied with the repair itself, the unexpected increase in cost and the undisclosed credit card fee left me questioning the business's transparency. I hope they improve their communication about pricing and payment policies for future customers. Paula S

I came in for my first oil change on my new car, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Chris, my service advisor, was very attentive, friendly, and professional. He kept me informed throughout the visit, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly.
