Josh Wheless deserves a raise. He is the kind of employee you want helping your customers. He was professional, kind, helpful, honest, and helped me keep my sanity dealing with a really ugly situation involving my insurance provider. I wish the circumstances would have been better and the work completed and insurance hadn't destroyed my 2019 GMC Terrain by making it sit wet in 90° + weather for a month. My provider failed miserably and did nothing to fix my vehicle. When they finally started to take it seriously, they tried to only surface clean a mold and mildew infested hazmat situation. Josh did his best to advocate for my health and safety, and kept me updated on his dealings with Progressive. I had to get the NC Dept of Insurance involved, and my vehicle had to be totaled out due to the extensive water damage left to mold and mildew. I was so nervous about going to a dealership, I have had some bad experiences in the past. Josh completely changed my mind and yall will have a new customer when we are able to get a new vehicle again. Thank you for hiring Josh, he is great!!
