Car wouldn't start. Call Universal for an appointment, they couldn't take the car until the 18th of August, I called August 4th or 5th. Went to Auto Zone, bought a battery to see if that was the problem. Called Capital Chevy, they took me that day. A great place to shop.
I brought my 2025 Equinox EV in because of a rattle in the dashboard. The entire experience was fantastic. The person who scheduled my appointment was friendly and pointed out that I had 2 recalls to be checked and that they could take care of them also. My service agent was very friendly and competent and quickly checked me in. Whether I am looking to buy or upgrade my current vehicle, my go to dealership is Capital Chevrolet in Wake Forest. They are very helpful, not pushy, answers all your questions and gets you the best deals. Marta was great. After I decided on the model she let me pick the color that I liked and then we test drove it. And the entire time she is pointing out all the new features as I already own a 2019 version. The entire staff is great, very welcoming, and I never leave disappointed. Love my new 2027 Chevy Equinox.

Overall, the quality of the repair work was good, and my vehicle appears to be running well. The staff was courteous, and I appreciated that they completed the repairs in a reasonable amount of time.
However, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the final cost. I was initially quoted $1,047, but my final bill came to $1,315.85. In addition, I was charged a 3% credit card processing fee, which was not disclosed until I came to pay. I believe customers should be informed of any additional fees upfront so they can make an informed payment decision.

She took the time to explain everything that my wife and I asked no pressure from anyone just great hospitality I well recommend theme to everyone I know I myself was a Dodge man but after talking to family and friends that have had a great experience with them I chose to purchase the 2500 trail boss.
I arrived early for my appointment. The service advisor was able to get the car serviced right away. He offered to wash the car and I accepted. The car was in and out within an hour. The technician provided a video of the multi-point vehicle inspection and made helpful recommendations and suggestions. I'm grateful for the service and plan to come back.
Wife bought a 2026 equinox 1200 miles screen goes out .not happy about it for brand new car, getting fixed be about a week before get it back, will update after outcome,got car back on 7/26, they chevy team was great.just hope not back there
I came in because I was having persistent balancing issues with my aftermarket wheels and tires on my 24’ Silverado RST. I had already been to two other shops, and neither could get it right. The technician here really went above and beyond. Instead of simply balancing the tires and calling it done, he took the time to balance them, to test drive the vehicle, and to make additional adjustments until everything was riding smoothly. Over the past several days, I visited four different car dealerships. Most of the salespeople seemed less focused on helping me and more focused on getting the best deal for themselves. At Capital, however, I had a much better experience working with QuaVon, who made sure I received every special offer I qualified for. He did not make me feel rushed. Service was great, and my advisor was great. I am disappointed in the product. $80k-$90k vehicle that has now been in the shop for water leaks twice. This is a brand new 2026 truck. I do appreciate the service department’s efforts but again, very disappointed in the brand.

Great customer service. The video by the tech was a plus. The shuttle ride was very pleasant and appreciated. My only suggestion is to print service recommendations on invoice so I remember them.
We continue to use Capital Chevrolet for all of our service needs on our 2017 camaro. They have been great about making sure our extended warranty is used when needed and they work us in quickly and efficiently. The staff is pleasant and I only have great things to say about my favorite service advisor, Elysia McMillian, who always does a great job communicating with me and keeping me informed of my cars progress while in her care. Mike in Service care ( where you get work done on your car) is amazing. I was on a time crunch for a procedure I had to have done today and I ended up having a recall on my car. He ensured I was back on the road and make it even early for my procedure and got to go home and relax. Plus my car is all taken care of

Service was not like it’s been in the past. Definitely should not be charged a fee to use card when checking out. Never heard of such for a large dealership.
I took my Chevrolet S10 in because my air conditioning was not working properly. I was advised the same day what was wrong. A part had to be ordered. The next day it was repaired.
