I bought my vehicle here in March and had a great experience. Krystal worked hard and successfully got me into the vehicle I wanted. However, since then my experience hasn't been as great. It seems that once you purchase a vehicle, they no longer care as much. When I purchased the vehicle, the rearview camera needed to be replaced but the part hadnt arrived yet so they setup a time for me to bring it back for install. When I walked into the service department I felt like I was invisible. No one said a word. I walked up to the counter and kept getting passed around. Once someone finally asked me what I was in for, I told them who I was, and why I was there including that Krystal setup my appointment. They then said Idk anything about it so you'll need to find her. Instead of calling her themselves, they sent me to wander the sales floor to find her. ZERO customer service. After that repair (a few days after purchasing) my backup camera started glitching. I sent a picture of the screen to Krystal and though she said she was going to check with her manager, I never heard back and its still not fixed. I attempted to call the service department many times regarding questions I had about my warranty and maintenance requirements but never got anyone to answer the phone and the messages I left were never returned. The prompt also stated that texting was easier and asked if I would mind a text response instead to which I said yes. I received the generic text about responding to my question but never once got a response from either option. Fast forward to now.. I recently brought the vehicle in to have some regular maintenance done on it and hoped my first experience was a fluke; it wasnt. I walked in and the same thing happened. There were 4 people there. All 4 looked right at me but only one spoke, even after she put something in her mouth. The one guy standing in front of me looked at another guy and said, "you take her". I felt like a pass around toy again. The guy that worked with me was super cool and helpful once I finally got squared away but I still cant say I feel welcomed or appreciated. SN: Its kinda interesting how many of the low reviews involve the service department. Seems to be a reflection of management 🤔

From buying my new Blazer to having it serviced, Capital Chevy has been fantastic! I will continue buying my vehicles here!

On 6/26/2026 around 5:30pm, I visited Capital Chevrolet to see a 2020 BMW 740i listed for $26,799, stock #9C05525B, dealer fees included, listed on Autotrader. I was quickly greeted by Brandon Gonzales, who was friendly and quickly showed me the vehicle, which was just traded on a Corvette and not reconditioned. I expressed interest in purchasing the vehicle. I’ve already driven them, and was ready to buy it outright, but needed to see if it fit in my garage. He explained that it wasn’t ready for me to drive, but I could do all of the paperwork upfront. When it was ready in a couple of days, I could test drive and if I like it, could just take it quickly. I agreed, and he wanted to talk numbers. I said that I would agree to purchase it for what it was listed for on Autotrader, and to verify that the cost was all in with dealer fees. This is where it takes a turn. He took my phone and left for a few minutes to show his manager. He came back with some made up xx story about how he doesn’t know how the Autotrader ad came to be, that he doesn’t know where that pricing came from, and implied that the pricing wasn’t from their team. I told him that you have to pay for an Autotrader ad, so they had to have made it, it doesn’t appear out of thin air. Basically, they said they wouldn’t agree to the price that they advertised the car for, so I left. I understand mistakes happen, but to lie to my face and insult my intelligence is just poor salesmanship, and if they’re willing to lie about making an honest mistake, how can you trust this dealership to do the right thing for the customer? I would have been willing to work with them on price if Brandon had the integrity to admit a mistake, but he lacked the character to do what’s right. Here’s a screenshot of the pricing - even though they claim to not have made the ad, I guarantee it magically will be updated within the next hour.

Jeff in Service department is incredible!! He communicated with me every 2-3 hours regarding the status of my truck that was in for some major repairs. The communication and Customer care department of Capital Chevrolet is definitely worth 10 stars. First class with a smile.

Let's just realize I think we all hate car shopping. The prices are way out of control. The quality has gone down. And the reliability is not there. So with all that said. My salesperson listened to what I wanted, did not try to up sale me and put me in a truck I wasn't comfortable paying for. He showed me a few in my range and then we did the ole back and forth until I was good with the price. He was knowledgeable and fair.
